Legal Question in Criminal Law in Alaska
I was charged with 4th degree criminal mischief. It was DV related. Does that mean I am also charged with Domestic Violence? Can I be charged for Domestic Violence after the case is closed?

No, it appears that you haven't actually been charged with domestic violence, although it as alleged that domestic violence was involved. I believe the constitutional prohibition against double jeopardy would prevent you from being charged with that after the case is closed.
