Legal Question in Criminal Law in Alaska
can someone who has been convicted of domestic violence in Alaska own a handgun in Alaska. There are no felony charges or arrests.

Yes, if, as I understand, the conviction is not a felony conviction.
There is, however, a law which prohibits firearm possession if there is currently a DV restraining order in place.
