Can someone who has a felony probation arrest warrant in Idaho fly to another state to seek residency to care for a ill family member with dementia?

You are asking whether, if you get on a domestic flight, you will be arrested pursuant to the warrant? Probably not. I don't believe Idaho arrest warrants are routinely distributed to airline ticketing agents in Alaska.
But you never know.
