Legal Question in Criminal Law in Alaska
Is it legal for a police officer to disseminate information found during an execution of a search warrant to another parties employer (not the subject of the warrant) which does not have any connection to a crime or the intent of the search warrant?

Yes, unless to do so would somehow constitute defamation. There is no law which restricts the use which can be made of such infomration.
