Legal Question in Criminal Law in Alaska
My mom owns a 1970 mobile home. She had unrule tenants in it so she wrote out a bill of sale to a friend, John and asked him to show it to the tenants to make them move. They moved and John helped in cleaning out the trailer after the tenants moved. Than asked if he could do some renivations and live there while doing so. The problem that we have is, now he won't move out and claims that he owns the trailer. Because he has that "bill of sale". No monies were exchanged but the bill of sale stated that he purchased the trailer for $10,000 and it was dated and signed. The title is still in my moms name and she does not know how to get him out of the trailer. She is 66 years old and it seem that her friends are taking advantage of her. Help

Why did she give him a bill of sale if she didn't "really" sell it to him? This makes very little sense, and I am afraid that it wouldn't make any sense to a judge either.
