Legal Question in Criminal Law in Alaska
can a person get their gun rights back if they have a felony record, I stole a car 57 years ago when I was 17 years old. no other records anywhere thank you Jim

You you were you convicted of a felony? If so, what state?
What do you mean no other records exist? Surely there are records of the conviction wherever this crime took place, right? No other records are required.
Federal law probits possession of firearms by persons who have been convicted of felonies unless such conviction has been expunged. So, to answer your question, one would need to first know the answers to my questions above.
