Legal Question in Criminal Law in Alaska
my question is are there any court rulings on police officers erasing their audio recordings to cover up their actions against someone? also does a person have the right to have someone present when being questioned by an officer?

As for your first question, are there court rulings, that would take a bit of research. Probably. You are looking to exclude evidence on such basis or a civil suit?
As far as the second question, of course. When being questioned by an officer, you should always have an attorney present.
