I was pulled over the cop smelled pot...I got out the car to retrieve my daughter whom just got out school..I told him he could get it out of the middle council (pot is legal here..just not in the car). I then got my daughter as he did this..just a couple steps away. He went to his car with the evidence and I went to my car with my daughter..when I got in I then realized he had unzipped a pink/black makeup purse that was in the bottom of that council and also unzipped both zippers on my purse that was sitting on the seat. He broght to me a paper to sigh so he can search..I said you already went through my purses..and he said no I didnt, I said yea you did and we both repeated ourselves. I didnot sign therefore he impounded. Can he legally go through my purses since I gave him the permission to retrieve from my council. What he had found on his own was medication not in the prescript bottle.....I was sending it to my best freind whom I am power of attourney over.

Get an attorney ASAP. And, don't ever consent to a search in the future.
