Legal Question in Criminal Law in Alaska
i work in a liquor store at night, and i allegidely sold to a minor. I was emotionally worn out and when i read the i.d. card i did my math wrong, when i watched her walk out the door, i knew i was in trouble. How do i plea?

Plead not guilty. If at the time you sold the liquor you didn't intend to sell to a minor, you didn't have the specific intent to commit the crime and are not guilty. If the judge or jury believes you, you will be acquitted.
