Re: when man become elder ?

That's a broad question. In some sense it relates to age in a time when a person is eligible for Medicare and the issues associated with health and long term care. In another sense it relates to the physical well being of a person and either planning for eventual long term health care needs or figuring out how to finance current long term health care needs. One might escape being elderly in their mind, but age and the body eventually catch up.
