Can we speak a disposition to assign a conservitor by a judge

I have no idea what your question means.
Is this a court action to appoint a conservator (note the spelling)?
Do you want to present evidence in such an action by a deposition (again, note the spelling)? The attorney for the person asking to be appointed conservator, or the attorney ad litem for the person for whom a conservator would be appointed can take your deposition, yes.
