Legal Question in Family Law in Alaska
How do I go about allowing the guardians of my son adopt him without getting an attorney involved? It is a consentual adoption by both his biological father, myself and the adopting family. He has been with them since he was three and he is now 13.

It can be done. The statutes and the rules are available. But the advantage of having an attorney help them do this is that an attorney is less likely to to make a mistake. Have them contact me if they want my help.
