Can a child attend his/her own custody settlement>

A hearing to confirm a custody agreement (dissolution, settled divorce, etc.)? Yes.

But if it's a hearing pertaining to a contested case, it would not be a good idea. The judge probably would ask that the child go outside of the courtroom, assuming the judge knows that the child is present.

Or are you asking about a meeting between the parties and their lawyers to negotiate a settlement? There is no rule on the issue but again, it's probably not a good idea.
