Legal Question in Family Law in Alaska

my ex and i are devorced with 3 children. she has 90% physical and 50% legal custidy. are relationship is tolerable of each other. i found out they are planning on moving out of state permenantly. can she legally move the kids out of state without me having any say in it?

If you have 10% custody, what periods of time do you have spelled out in the divorce decree for your custodial periods? I would be reasonably certain that you would not have your custodial time (visitation) if she moves the children out-of-state.

You had best remind her that since you have specific times with the chidren (if you do), and since those times would not be feasable if they are out-of-state, she cannot move the kids out-of-state without getting the custody arrangements changed.
