I was a stupid and married a lady on line. She used me to get to the USA. We was married for 5 months than I came home and she had left. She file charge on me for Domestic abuse but I have never touch her in my life. She is not legal in the USA so I call homeland secutiy and was tole that, that the new thing on the internet now if a girl married a guy from the USA and file doestic, again him she can stay in the usa. I learn that in Alaska the men is the one that has to prove he is not guilty even if there is no prof of doestic volince. what I want to know how do she get to stay in the USA? is there anything I can do about that?

Make certain that you defend against the charges and allegations against you. But, try to Get over your anger, hurt and resentment about being duped. And, forget about "getting even" or obtaining retribution. Yes, Forget about it! Get short term counseling if you need help.

Then, (if you are really married?) divorce or annul your marriage, in your "home" state ASAP. Stay away from your "spouse" or anything that may be connected to her. In the interim, you might also need to formally put "the world on notice" that you are not responsible for her debts; especially if you are not actually married, but she is holding herself out, as your wife.

Get a lawyer.
