Fam living AK since Feb 2003 1 joint child;Prob husb left housewife/chld w/no food etc May 2003;husb agreed tm away advd wife visit fam MI w/child (retn tickets to AK) wife unable stay w/fam forced obtain job;talks began bwtn husb/wife decn work out;per husb wife drove to MT w/child advd leve child w/husbs father w/retn tick 5-28-03 AK 3wk stay;husb/wife retn to AK live 1 bdrm appt;2wks husb advd wife never see child;wife borwd $ flew MT to pickup child;police refused assist;husb flew to MT vaca filed temp cust MT(YTB formal rcd by wife)child w/husb in MT;husb cancel retn tick to AK;wife borwd $'s again retn AK;no $ need employ had job intvw;both wife/husb agreed divo inevit assum be juris in AK;can husb legally file & court respd temp cust in state MT other than where child resides or parents been living;can wife file temp cust in AK?Is wife presence rqd MT July (TBD) temp cust if real?Can wife respd via self letter regardg above along w/copy of AK temp cust;can this be FBI case now or only after a deci rendered in MT?Can somethg done to throw out case instd wife rqd hire MT atty all seem husb related/affil;Police refused asst wife threat jail; 90 days rqd resid MT;doesn't exist w/child nor wife
