Legal Question in Family Law in Alaska
My husband has signed our dissolution papers with the name, authorized agent with no prejudice. Can I still file the papers like this if he had them notorized?

He signed his name, but followed by the notation "authorized agent with no prejudice"?
I practiced family law in the Fairbanks-North Pole area for many years and never had that come up before. I suspect that, of you file it, the judicial officer will ask him, at the hearing, what he meant by that. I frankly can't figure out what it means.
If you file it like that, it may work. Depends on how your husband explains it at the hearing.
