Legal Question in Family Law in Alaska
My name was in a judges report by a guardian ad litem. I am not in any case with her but my other half is. I tried calling her but she cannot talk to me.

Actually, she won't call you, although she probably can. Perhaps she is confused about your status. The rule is that an attorney (and I assume the GAL is an attorney) is not allowed to talk to someone who is represented by another attorney without that other attorney's permission.
