Legal Question in Family Law in Alaska

can my kids father who has no legal custody in alaska where he resides, but in california he has 50/50 because he was useing his parents house as a stable environment take my kids with out my consent? isnt that kidnapping?

It is not kidnapping, but might be custodial interference, depending on the specific details of your divorce decree. I belive I answered this question before. I wondered, as I recall, how either of you can have custody rights from two different states.
