Legal Question in Family Law in Alaska

How long do you have to be separated before you can legaly get a divorce without your spouse being there to disagree. I'm not sure if that's the right word or how to say it.

Unlike many states, Alaska doesn't have provision for "separation" as an intermediary step between matrimony and divorce. And, in a divorce, your spouse always has the right to notice and to be heard. So, in short, I really don't know what you are trying to ask.
