Legal Question in Family Law in Alaska

Can I take my mutual funds and all my investments and cash them out prior to divorce and use the money for legal fees or whatever is needed to provide means of survival for me and my 2 children.

Can I cut my soon to be ex wife out of the following: 1. remove her from my cell phone bill 2. make her get her own car insurance for her car I just signed over to her in her name. 3. can I make her move out of my house prior to the divorce and do I need police present to get her out.

3. No. What do you mean "make her"? You need to ask the divorce court for an order that she leave.
