paternity test

ten years ago i spent 2 nights with a lady she got pragent and she said she wanted an abortion. I gave$ 300.00 so she could get one.

well she never got one and i didnt know this.

JAN.of this year i got paper work to take a paternitey test the child is mine.(the lady was

rried at the time i didnt know this at the time)

Florida Law - If you are sure that you are the father I STRONGLY suggest that you retain an attorney immediately. You had relations with this woman and when you found out she was pregnant you gave her money for an abortion. You assumed that she got the abortion and since she failed to get the abortion and have the baby she can now go to court to establish child support to be paid by you. There are some issues here that should be reviewed by an attorney. Based on the law in the area of family law you may not have to pay child support. Retain an attorney in you area right away.

The child did nothing wrong and should not be punished for mistakes made by adults. If you are the father you have a duty to support your child. How the child was conceived is not relevant as long as you voluntarily had relations with the woman.
