Legal Question in Family Law in Alaska

I have a question. I am currently starting the divorce process with my wife. It has been proven already in court that my spouse has committed bank fraud, creating fake financial documents and submitting them to the bank to obtain property. She also got busted with the state and public assistance were she had to admit to the state that she committed fraud and is now not allowed to apply for assistance for a year. Her last act of fraud is tax fraud. Which stems from her fake financial documents from the bank fraud which another 3rd party was involved in. Basically all I am hoping to obtain is just 50/50 custody of my kids while I'm off the slope for my 2/2 schedule.

And your question is whether this fraudulent activity can be used against her in the custody matter? No, I don't believe the court will find it to be relevant.
