I signed all my rights over to my x wife and I am still paying child support and you tell me what I need to do? I live in Missouri and she lives in Alaska. Thanks.

Generally, the right to legal or physical custody, or visitation, is independent of the duty to pay child support. So even if you don't have any visitation rights, you would still have to pay child support. The only way your child support obligations would end would be if the child were adopted.

Where were you divorced, Missouri, Alaska, or some other state?
