Legal Question in Family Law in Alaska

Can a wife cash a husband's check if her name is not on the check or have a joint bank account with the husband.

A refund check should be coming in the mail and I don't have access to it as my wife and I are seperated, can she take my check and cash it?

No. If the check is made out to your wife, you do not have the right to cash the check.
