Legal Question in Family Law in Alaska
My wife and I have been separated for a year or more and she is living with her boyfriend that she meet will still living with me. We have our houshold belongings in a storage that is in here name with her own lock and passcode. Im being kept from any of the belongings inside. She is driving a new vehicle that is in my name as primary borrower and her as co-signer. The registration is in my name as well. Can I use the spare key and take the vehicle from her work without any ramifications? We have no filed court paperwork and no lawyers involved to this point.

Yes. It is your car, so you are entitled to possession of it.
