Re: Right of privacy

Your situation implicates property, not privacy, rights. In general, your neighbors may not maintain a "nuisance", which is roughly defined as any condition which unreasonably interferes with the public interest or the neighbors' quiet enjoyment of their property.

Obviously, what is "reasonable" will vary with the facts and circumstances of each case. Factors which influence rulings include the nature of the interference, the location and nature of the property, the ease or difficulty of mitigation, and the applicability of zoning or other municipal regulations.

Sorry I can't be more specific, but a more specific answer would require more specific facts.
