Legal Question in Insurance Law in Alaska
3rd Party Auto Liabiliy-AZ
I have an MVA scenario where veh 1, swerved into the lane of travel of veh 2. Veh 1 action caused veh 2 to take evasive action into on-coming traffic and do damage to veh 3. There was no contact between Vehs 1 & 2. AZ being a pure comparative state what action does Veh 3 have against Veh 1? Veh 2? And is there any case law on the matter that I can look up?

IF you were injured, seek an attorney to represent you. He or she will probably make a claim against both other drivers. If not injured, get your insurance company to pay for your car, and let them sort out the liability.
