I work in the airline industry and am

required to sign and initial all my

work. In recent months the

employer has increased the amount

of paperwork I must sign. My

employer now is saying my

production is inadequate. Am I right

in saying that if I must sign or initial

my work I determine the quality of

that work? Within reason. Does the

fact I'm over 40 have any bearing on

this issue?
