Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Alaska
My lease does not include a clause about early termination. All it says is that I have to give 30 days written notice before vacating the premises. Do I still have to pay for the remainder of the lease?

Yes, assuming the landlord is unable to find another tenant.
Or, if the landlord can only find another tenant if the monthly rent is lower, you will be obligated for the difference.
