Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Alaska

I got my GED when I was 16 in 1993. I went to Charter College in 2006. I graduated the certificate program and $23,470 dollars later and OOPS!! A hiring firm asks me if Charter College told me I CAN NOT get a job in the field I went to school for. I fall into a grey category where by state regulations I can not work in a hospital. I can work in a doctors office, but which doctor is going to hire a Medical Biller and Coder with no experience? No doctor, thats who. I made a big stink about it with Charter College and now because of what happened to me they have you sign a paper stating that some criminal historites may prohibit you from gaining employment in certain fields. The reason I know about the new paper they have you sign is because before my deferrment was over I was going to sign up for accounting classes and maybe transfer some credits that I had already acquired and behold this amazing document that would have completely prevented me from acquiring such a huge bill. I would have never signed up for those classes. What can I do? Is it okay for the college to say oops, sorry, about that better luck next time! and then they cange their policies so no one else gets financially wronged like I did? I am very hurt by this, and they will do nothing to make it right. Who can I contact?

You want to sue Charter College?

What exactly did they represent to you regarding whether you would be guaranteed a job in the occupation for which you were trained? What occupation is that, by the way, Medical Biller and Coder? And what exactly is the state regulation which prohibits you from working in hospitals? Do you have a criminal record which disqualifies you?
