Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Alaska

Was shopping at Walmart and the check out girl charged me for items for the ladyi n line behind me. Did not realize until I got home.

And you forgot to ask a question. I assume you want advice regarding what to do.

I suggest you go back to Wamart, explain what happened, show them your receipt and that some of the items purchased you didn't intend to purchase (and that you didn't receive them), and ask for a refund. Good luck.
