Legal Question in Military Law in Alaska
child pornography on PC
My son is being investigated for the above subject. Should we wait for the investigation to be completed or should we look into legal assistance now? He is looking into therapy for this problem.

You must act now.
He should exercise his rights to silence.
They likely have seized his computers. The computers will be sent off for forensic analysis. The analysis will recover deleted pictures as well as those on the logical drive.
Very complex cases.
