Legal Question in Personal Injury in Alaska
I need a child care POA and the one I have found has a space for four (4) separate witness signatures, in addition to the notary signature. Do I need all four witness signatures for the document to be legal or is there a child care POA with fewer or no witness signatures needed? I have little to no money and need to do this as quickly as possible. I appreciate your time and help. Thank you.

Less than four witnesses should be fine. In fact, Alaska statutes make no mention of a child care power of attorney. It seems to be just something lawyers have come up with to address the situation. So fewer witnesses, or actually no witnesses would be just as "legal" as the form you found.
