Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Alaska
Closing Date
The buyer agreed close by May 30th and now due to issues on there side are not able to. This now is pushing back my closing date on my new house is there anything I can do illegally since they are breaking our original agreement?

Re: Closing Date
Legally you can probably try to force teh closing, but that's not going to help if they can't close for reasons beyond their control.
Talk to them and see what the problem is, then maybe things will move along faster.
They might be in the same position that you re.
