Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Alaska

Our house is listed with a real estate agent but we have also listed it on Craigs List. If we sell it ourself do we still have to pay the agen commission?

Yes, it depends on the wording of the contract, but normally a real estate sales contract will provide that if you sell the property yourself the agent will still be entitled to a commission..
