Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Alaska

I want to sell tickets for a chance to win my home. I would like half of the proceeds to go to me and half to go to an established charity. I would like to set a goal and if it is not met than refund all the money to those that bought a ticket. I live in Alaska. Is this legal?

No.

As in most states, you need a license to conduct a lottery, and licenses are only available for non-profit organizations (charities).
