Will and testement

My wif and i are living in Alaska now and will be for the next 4 years untill retirement. We do not oun property in Alaska but have realistate in Montana where we plan to retire. Do we make out a will for Montana or can we make one out here?

Re: Will and testement

wills should be in state of your domicile, which means you have resided there for at least 6 months. Will signed in Alaska valid later in Montana assuming it is witnessed and notarized.
