I was injured at work in Alaska, live in ca,if I get a lawyer does the lawyer have yo be in Alaska??

The lawyer has to be admitted to practice law in Alaska. Depending in how the case proceeds, the lawyer might not have to be physically present in Alaska. I, for example, am licensed to practice law in Alaska but, as I write this, am in Florida.
