Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Charges
I have a friend that has 3 charges pending, first degree murder, aggrivated assult with a deadly weapon, and armed robbery with a deadly weapon. There is blood evidence that he is there, however he didn't commit the crime, can they convict him for murder? There are currently no witnesses.
