Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arizona
I need to file Chapter 7. I get my late husband's social security benefits monthly and I own my car, a 2000 Toyota Corolla (not worth much).
Am I in jeopardy of losing both of the above?
Please advise.
Thanks.

You should be fine on your vehicle - You have an exemption of 5 thousand dollars. If you are legally recieving your late husband's social security then there is nothing to worry about in your bankruptcy.
