Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arizona
marraige
What is needed to marry someone from outside the country? She is from Mexico and we want to be married. Would it be easier to be married in Mexico and come up to the United States to live, or to have her come up and be married here? I am just interested in what I need to do and also know what she would need to do as well.

Re: marraige
In my experience it has been easier to file for a Fiance Visa that would allow your fiance to come to the U.S. to marry you rather than you going to Mexico and marrying, then returning to the U.S. to file the paperwork. Fiance visas might be a good option for you, we have an affiliate office in Mexico and will be ahppy to assist you.
If you marry her and later return to the US, you could benefit from the K3 visa. A failrly new visa but you might expedite her arrival to the US. Please call me at 619 819 92 04 for a free 30 min consultation.
