misdemeanor domestic violence
he was given diversion classes but had an eye implant come dislodged and required 2 surgeries,and sent dr excuses but excuses denied due to dates-he couldnt see dr on dates they wanted-now has a court date-will he go to jail?

He needs to attend the court hearing and request that the diversion be reinstated. Most prosecutors who offer diversion are not seeking jail time or the offer would not have been made in the first place.
