Legal Question in Consumer Law in Arizona
I purchased a motorcycle from a dealership paying the amount in full using a debit card and a credit card. When making the transactions I received receipts from the cash register stating the transactions were approved and the amount charged. Before leaving the dealership, I signed, as well as the salesperson, the bill of sale stating the full price had been paid and there was a $0.00 balance remaining. The money was never taken out of my account and three weeks later they are adamently demanding that I go to the dealership to pay. Is the motorcycle considered legally paid for since I have receipts and a signed bill of sale? Is this transaction final? It has been three weeks.

No, you have not given any consideration yet for the purchase to be complete. You need to make sure the money is sent to the dealership as you contractually agreed it would be, otherwise, they will most likely repossess and you will incur significant costs and fees.
