Legal Question in Administrative Law in Arizona
Dear Sir/Madam,
Until recently I was involved in a small startup. For 3 months I invested
a great deal of sweat equity, and money, in proving the business concept
and developing the company brand.
While the operating agreement was never signed, there was obviously a
contractual agreement in place. Agreements were made concerning
the ownership, profits and officers. When it became apparent that I would not
fund the startup I received a letter indicating that I was no longer a member.
What would your advise in this situation?
Kind regards
