I was married to this man for wt years and since our divorce he has incorporated himself at someones recommendation. he had, at one time, an idea for a medical cabinet fpr catheters and possibly patented this item. I loaned him the money for the patent prior to the divorce and feel that I should also share in the profits of same Is there some way I can find out whether I can receive a portion of those profits?

Re: My husband incorporated himself
What does the divorce settlement agreement say about it. Was it listed on his financial affidavit?
