Legal Question in Administrative Law in Arizona
I am on maternity leave & my employer called & let me go due to uliminating my position. Can they do that?

It depends on the business reason asserted by the employer.
I would immediately file a discrimination compliant with the local Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC")...do it now.
