Legal Question in Banking Law in Arizona

Over charged
I rented a car from this company and was quoated $299+ tax well when they took it out of my bank account they charged me what was on my reciept $374.57 that is what I was expecting to be charged and then yesterday they took another $60 from my account. When I called them to ask why they said the guy charged us wrong and that it was supposed to be $399 not $299 well i don't think this is fair because if it was $399 I would have gone somewhere else. I don't think they have any right to charge me any more. I don't think that this man's mistake I should be charged for. Is there any way to get my money back??

Call the manager and threaten to go to the better business bureau if they don't satisfy your request.
