Legal Question in Banking Law in Arizona
what is the best way to handle a bank that purposely causes you to pay them fees? This bank holds transactions and post them in the order that will cause you fees instead of when visa sent them in. also with drawal from your account when you place stop pays that also cause other items to bounce and then you get more fees? is there a way to stop this

If you do not like the fees you are being charged, the best way to deal with it is to change banks.
