Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arizona
Adversary proceeding has increased our debt in Ch.7
Filed a Bk Ch 7 in 1997. Discharged in May 1997. They reopened it for an adversary proceeding for trustee. The judge decided we owed the trustee the proceeds from an inheritance. Our Bk was revoked Oct 2002. The trustee garnished my wages. Can We file another Bk Ch 7 to include this debt now? Of course we filed w/o a lawyer. Do we need one.
